I’m a back-end software developer with an interest in big data analysis.

I came into tech through a bootcamp, and I firmly believe that not all developer jobs need you to have a CS degree. I have many years' experience in project management and product design prior to my development career.

I'm passionate about improving diversity in tech teams, and I write and speak about it whenever I can. I'm a STEM ambassador, volunteering to work with school age children to show them that code is for everyone.

I love running, reading trashy urban fiction, and learning languages that are spoken by people as well as languages used by computers. Oh, and I really like burritos.
